About Condor Care

We started Condor Care because the healthcare system keeps failing the same people — and because we believed technology could do something about it.

Where this started

Healthcare was never designed with neurodivergent people in mind. The bright lights, the rigid forms, the assumptions about how everyone processes information — these are features of a system built for a narrow definition of "normal."

The same is true at work. Neurodivergent employees are expected to fit environments that weren't made for them, and most organizations lack the tools to create real accommodations — even when the intent is there.

Condor Care exists to close that gap. We're building digital tools that adapt to how people actually think and experience the world, rather than forcing people to adapt to systems that weren't built for them.

Our name comes from the condor — known for its broad vision and protective instinct. That felt right for what we're trying to do.

What guides us

Empathy over assumptions. We don't build from a template and apply a "neurodivergent" label. Every tool starts with the lived experience of the people who'll use it.

Evidence matters. Our solutions are grounded in clinical research and real-world outcomes. We measure what works and adjust what doesn't.

Accessibility is the baseline, not the feature. If a product requires everyone to interact the same way, it's not accessible. We design for cognitive diversity from day one.

Practical innovation. We're not interested in technology for its own sake. We use it when it genuinely solves a problem — like making healthcare more responsive or workplaces more adaptive.

“We're not trying to fix neurodivergent people. We're fixing the systems that were never designed for them.”

— Colette Schmitt, Founder
